Tami Lorraine holds a Masters in the Art of Teaching from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor of Science in Individual Studies with a concentration in Math – Honors, from Charter Oak State College. Her experience spans a wide range of courses, including Honors Algebra, Algebra, Geometry, Honors Algebra 2, and Algebra 2.

Tami has also presented at over 100 professional development sessions, ranging from intensive departmental trainings to district-wide events with hundreds of educators. She is a caring and nurturing educator who meets students exactly where they are, breaking down problems using precise mathematical language and simplifying concepts to match the student's level. This approach ensures that students not only learn the correct way to solve problems but also understand a more user-friendly version.

Tami Lorraine is a teacher who never gives up on a student. She is positive, supportive, and caring. The students really responded well to her and the common theme from them was that she really explained math to them and they understood in a way they didn't before.
