Laura has taught entry level and upper level high school classes at Hampton High. Her experience with multiple years of teaching have added opportunities to help her coworkers grow professionally. She is always willing to help all level of students reach their highest potential. She has experience with teaching IB, AP, and Honors. 

Throughout her degree program, Laura exhibited a remarkable acceleration in her learning. She quickly grasped complex concepts and exhibited a high level of proficiency in her coursework. Laura's deep understanding of classroom management strategies and her ability to effectively apply them showcased her natural talent for creating a conducive learning environment. 

Her teaching philosophy, rooted in student-centered approaches and the integration of technology, reflected a keen understanding of how to differentiate instruction and engage students at varying levels of proficiency. Laura's extensive teaching experience includes teaching Advanced Placement (AP) courses and grading AP exams for Educational Testing Services. Her expertise in these areas highlights her deep knowledge and exceptional teaching abilities. Laura's enthusiasm for implementing innovative teaching strategies was evident in her excellent lesson plans, which showcased her inventiveness and creative thinking.
